I have always loved sport. Unfortunately I did not do it often enought, so last year I decided to do Insanity from Shaun T. For the ones who know what is it, I know it was crazy to even try it. Especially if you're not used to that level of fitness. But boy did I like it. I've finished the programm, but then school started, holidays, friends, boyfriend. Always excused, I know. So now I want to start fitnessing again. Not in a sport school, that 's not for me. But home, on a mat, with T25 (also from Shaun T).
So let's be clear about something, I'm not fat. I don't want to sport, because I want to lose weight. I want to do it to create more muscles. So as of today I'm starting T25. I'm tracking my progress here (with photo's every first of the month.
Ik wil graag over 1 ding duidelijk zijn, ik ben totaal niet te dik. Ik doe dit niet om af te vallen, maar om meer spieren te kweken. Dus vanaf morgen zal ik jullie op de hoogte houden van mijn vooruitgang met T25 (ook met foto's, de 1e van elke maand.)
